My 3 weeks at FilmFarmSchool were much more than I expected for my first volunteering experience. Nao was incredibly welcoming and the perfect bridge between us and Thai culture. She has many ongoing community-oriented projects that have a real impact. I was especially impressed by the fact that each of us could contribute using the skills we knew best. Market visits, hikes, local buffets and Thai massages were just some of the activities that made my stay even more enjoyable. Last but not least, I have to mention the extremely tasty food prepared by Nao's mom, you will eat well!

Nao and her family do an amazing job of making you feel at home. Living quarters are comfy and the food is incredible. You are guaranteed to eat well here!
It’s an amazing opportunity to give back and make a lasting impact for the local community, I really enjoyed getting to know the other volunteers here as well. I highly recommend and will likely visit again.

If you’re looking for a place to really connect with local families and also help support the future learning of the children, this is absolutely the place for you. Being with Nao and her family was such an amazing experience. From trips to the closest town to experience the market, to just being out in nature relaxing on the hammock. You will be not only well fed but well nourished mentally.
The food that her mom makes will be the best food you’ve had in Thailand.
There are lots of opportunities for you to contribute. Building, gardening, teaching, planning.
